CAMP RATES

Early Bird Rate (2/1/23 - 3/1/23)

Rate for any camp week is $190.

 

During early bird registration, for children of the same household, weekly camp rates are reduced by $15 for any additional child.

Weekly Rate

Rate for any camp week is $240. Week 5 is reduced.

During regular registration, for children of the same household, weekly camp rates are reduced by $50 for your second child, $75 for your third and fourth child.

 

 

 

 

 

All-Weeks Rate

Rate to register for all weeks is $165/week. This is billed on a weekly basis for parents/guardians. There are no discounts or multiple child discounts for the all-weeks rate.

DISCOUNTS

Alumni 

Save 10% at registration if you had registered your child(ren) any previous year for camp. Use code "ALUM" during registration. Applies to any and all of the weeks. Verification is required.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Due to the generosity of South Ridge Church, limited scholarships will be available. There will be some financial commitment required from applicants requesting a scholarship.

EXTENDED CARE

Extended care is available upon request. Our extended rates are:

  • Before Care: 6-8 am is $40/week

  • After Care: 4-5:30 pm is $40/week

  • Both: $75/week

There's limited room. If you're interested, let us know by emailing info@summerattheridge.org

Drop-in Care is $15/day for Before Care or After Care and $30/day for Before and After Care. The fee is added to any remaining balance or invoiced. If the staff was not contacted prior for Drop-In Care, there is a late fee of $1 per minute after 4:15 pm.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for each child at time of registration per week. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to a child's last camp week if account payments are current. Summer At The Ridge reserves the right to use the $50 non-refundable deposit(s) as payment for camp tuition and fees if an account becomes past due. A new $50 non-refundable deposit(s) will be required before a child may attend Summer At The Ridge for any remaining registered weeks.

Payment Options

  • Cash and Money Orders

  • Credit Cards (Online Payment) - You will receive a weekly tuition statement via email. Simply pay online with the "Click to Pay" option.

  • Personal Check - Make checks payable to: “Summer At The Ridge” and please write your child's name in the memo portion of your check.

FINAL DATE FOR CHANGES

The final date for changes for all registrations is May 1. This includes canceling a registration or changing a registration. After May 1, the deposit

will not be refundable.
